They also identified the location of the equipment which made it easy for us to manage. In the notice, they also indicated our options on what we could do at end of contract. "There were no damages and there were no additional charges. We have since done several returns and it has gone perfectly each time and we have never been charged for anything extra. When a contract expires during or close to exam time or when we are waiting for orders from a supplier, we have found InnoVent to be flexible and willing to accommodate our needs. We have also found their service level in general to be world class. We have sent several queries to them and they respond within hours with the correct and detailed information. The reverse logistics function is really made it easy for us to manage expiry of our contracts"
