Black Economic Empowerment (BEE)
InnoVent carries a AAA+ Empowerdex BEE rating certificate with a LEVEL 1 contribution the highest BEE rating possible under the current BEE scorecard. We subject ourselves to an annual audit in this regard. Our prestigious BEE rating greatly benefits our clients by entitling them to claim 169% of every R1.00 spent with InnoVent as BEE spend or procurement.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Four percent (4%) of InnoVent's shareholding is owned by a Trust (Section 21 company) that focuses on financing talented students in the fields of Finance, IT, etc. and assisting them to secure jobs in the market place after graduation. We pride ourselves on being an involved member of the communities in which we operate and on our good corporate citizenship, with a conscience.
